Newborn Photos in the Nursery
As a Brentwood newborn photographer, I always start my in-home sessions in the nursery. I know you’ve poured so much love and time into creating a beautiful, inviting space for your new baby. Not only that, but I also know how many precious memories will be made here. Countless hours spent rocking baby here. So, in my opinion, it’s the most important room for us to use for your newborn photos.
Including Pets in Newborn Photos
Another reason I love newborn photos at home is that we can include your pets! I know that your furry family members are a big part of your story, so they are always welcome to join in. Safety, of course, is my top priority. So including your pets might simply mean a family portrait with them in it. As an experienced Brentwood newborn photographer, I never attempt to force posing with pets, as they may feel uncomfortable or anxious having not only a new baby, but also a stranger (me) in their home.
The Comfort of Home
Having a newborn at home can make it feel incredibly overwhelming to leave the house. The beauty of in-home newborn photos with me is that you don’t have to leave. My hair and make-up artist will come to your home. I’ll bring any of the client wardrobe dresses you’ve chosen with me. I also bring anything needed for baby, including swaddles, a basket, and some simple bows/bonnets if you’d like. There’s no need to stress about getting out the door on time. You get to relax, get pampered, and just love on your new baby while I take care of everything for you.
