Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of photographing hundreds of babies in some of the most beautifully decorated nurseries. Nashville mommas sure know how to combine sophistication with whimsy! In this post, I’m featuring some of my very favorites that you can you can use for your own nursery inspiration!
Nursery Inspiration: Traditional and Timeless
This stunning nursery has touches of sailboats and golf, so perfect for a little gentleman. His momma has quite a knack for interior design and it certainly shows in this gorgeous space. With gold and blue hues woven throughout, it boasts timeless tradition for a sweet baby boy.
Nursery Inspiration: Feminine and Floral
This next gorgeous nursery was so perfectly pink and feminine! With touches of floral and monograms, it’s a southern baby girl’s dream space. With a light pink accent wall, the white furniture kept it light and airy. Needless to say, it was such a beautiful room to capture this newborn session in.
Nursery Inspiration: Nostalgic and Neutral
True traditionalists, this couple chose not to find out the baby’s sex until birth, but that didn’t stop mom from designing her dream nursery. With gender neutral colors, classic childhood patterns, and touches of rabbit themes – she poured so much love and attention into creating a warm and inviting space for baby. She also included true heirlooms saved from her and her brother’s own infancy. The Feltman Brothers’ heirloom gown is almost 30 years old and was worn home from the hospital by baby’s mother and his uncle in the early 90’s. Nursery Inspiration: Fairytale
With pinks, greens and fairytale inspired textiles, this momma created such a dreamy space for her baby girl. The draping canopy over the white crib elevates the room so much. Truly fit for a little princess!
Nursery Inspiration: White and Whimsical
Another rabbit themed nursery, but with a more modern spin. Lots of white and light gray, this momma created such a peaceful and inviting space for her precious boy. The two windows flooded this room with amazing light, making it perfect for newborn photos.
