One of the biggest concerns parents have before their session is choosing what to wear.
Before your portrait session, we’ll carefully plan wardrobe for the entire family. Mothers are also invited to borrow from the Kristie Lloyd Photography Client Wardrobe, featuring a curated collection of timeless gowns in sizes x-small through 3XL.
The result is a cohesive, elegant look that allows your family’s connection to become the focus of every portrait.
Professional Hair & Makeup
New mothers spend so much time caring for everyone else that they often forget to care for themselves.
That’s why professional hair and makeup is included with every newborn session.
One of my trusted artists comes directly to your home, allowing you to relax while getting ready without the added stress of driving to a salon or trying to squeeze makeup into an already busy morning.
Many of my clients tell me this becomes one of their favorite parts of the entire experience because it gives them an opportunity to slow down and feel like themselves again.
A Calm, Baby-Led Session
No two newborns are exactly alike.
Some babies sleep soundly throughout the session, while others need extra cuddles, feeding breaks, or time to settle. Rather than working on a strict schedule, every session is guided by your baby’s needs.
My years as both a Labor & Delivery nurse and newborn photographer have taught me that patience is one of the most valuable tools I bring to every session. Your baby’s comfort and safety will always come first, and we’ll move at a pace that feels relaxed for everyone involved.

A few weeks after your session, we’ll meet together to view your portraits and design custom artwork for your home. Whether you choose a handcrafted heirloom album, a collection of matted prints, or a gallery wall that tells your family’s story, every piece is thoughtfully designed to become part of your family’s legacy.
These aren’t photographs meant to disappear into a folder on your computer. They’re created to be seen, enjoyed, and passed down for generations.
Watching Families Grow Is One of My Greatest Joys
Many of my newborn families continue on after their Luxury Newborn Photography Experience by documenting their baby’s first year through my First Year Membership.
One of the greatest privileges of my career is watching tiny newborns grow into smiling six-month-olds and eventually curious toddlers celebrating their first birthday. Having the opportunity to preserve each milestone allows me to tell a family’s story in a way that a single session never could.
